June Gathering Guide for Savor Time & Tradition Subscribers

 Your June Savor Time & Tradition box features a variety of small batch, made in the USA products featuring BERRIES! Each product was chosen for it's overall quality and ease of use. With the July 4th holiday around the corner, I hope you'll be inspired to enhance your celebrations, picnics, and backyard barbecues by adding some of these products to your recipes.


This month's first featured recipe works well with fish or chicken. Plus, with only 3 ingredients, it's super easy and fast to pull together. 

Spiced Blueberry Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Wild Blueberry with Thyme Jam
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Jamberry Sriracha 
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries

Simply place the three ingredients into a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir until combined and jam is slightly melted. Use to top grilled fish or chicken. I enjoy this sauce over grilled salmon. 

Other uses: Try this sauce as a dessert topping over vanilla ice cream, pound cake or with yogurt.

Jamberry Aioli 

Add a little kick you those picnic sandwiches with a homemade aioli. 

Simply add 2-3 Tablespoons of Jamberry Sriracha to 1 Cup mayonaise, 2 Tablespoons of fresh lime juice and one minced clove of garlic. Mix well and keep handy in the fridge in an airtight container. Makes a great topping for fish tacos or burgers, and is also tasty as a dip for fresh veggies. Take some along on your next picnic!
